PLEASE NOTE: Upon receipt of your request, we will check housing availability. If we need clarification or additional information, we will contact you using the information you provide below. There may be more than one building available for your lodging. You can check this by looking below at the "MENU OF CONFERENCE NAMES & HOUSING OPTIONS/RATES." If more than one building abbreviation is listed next to the name of your conference, please let us know your first preference by typing it into the "SPECIAL REQUEST BOX" at the bottom of this page. If you don't indicate a preference, we will assume you want the "best available" lodging. Unless otherwise noted, all rates quoted in the menu below are per person, double occupancy, and include advance deposit, room, and meals. Each person in a room with 3-4 people will receive a discount of $5 per night in SV, OR, or TL. Private rooms, if available, will be an additional charge.
