What are the lodging accommodations like?
Nearly all of the lodging rooms used for this conference will have either 2 Queen or 2 Full beds, and all will have private bath rooms. (We only have a few rooms with King beds and those rooms will be reserved for contest winners and members of the Together at the Springs Promotional Team.) We have a limited number of ADA handicap rooms available. If you will be in need of a handicap accessible room, please be sure to let us know on your registration form. If you are not necessarily in need of a handicap room but have walking difficulties, please specify this as well so we can work to best accommodate your needs.
Please note that lodging rooms are assigned on a first come basis. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, we do not guarantee specific rooms before the event as availability is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
Amenities vary slightly depending on the building and specific room. With the exception of bar soap, basic toiletries are not provided. Most rooms do not have televisions or phones. While not typically available in rooms, a limited number of irons and hairdryers are available at the Hospitality Desk free of charge. Mini fridges and coolers are provided in a limited number of rooms and are also available for rent at the Hospitality Desk, costing $10 for the duration of your stay. Towels will be provided for this event.
We differ from a traditional hotel in that we do not clean rooms during your stay. If you will be staying for more than one night, your towels will be refreshed each day.
Can I register a group of people?
Yes, absolutely! We would love for you to invite friends or bring a group. If you’re registering an entire group of people and you would like to pay for everyone in your group, please give us a call at 256.761.1100 or 1.800.280.1105 and we will be glad to make arrangements for you to do so. Each couple registering with your group must still fill out an individual registration form so that we have their information.
Can I pay the remainder of my balance online?
Yes, you can. Just follow this link to do so. You will need the transaction ID that was emailed to you when you registered. If you did not receive a transaction ID or you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by calling 1.800.280.1105.
Can you accommodate my food allergy or dietary restriction?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate all food allergies and special diets as long as we know about them in advance. Our Food Service department is experienced in serving those with food allergies as well as special diets such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free and they will work with you to determine the best way to serve you during your stay. They key is letting us know ahead of time so we can be prepared to serve you. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know on your registration form.
What is included in the Date Night Option?
The Date Night Option is lots of fun and we highly recommend it! For those who choose to attend, dinner will be served and then we will head out to a variety of activities. You’ll want to wear closed-toe shoes and active wear. All date night activities are completely optional. You could choose to get dinner on your own somewhere other than Shocco and spend the evening with your spouse however you want. Then breakfast will be served on Sunday and a worship service/closing session will follow.
Can an engaged couple attend?
Yes, absolutely. Just register and let us know in the notes section that the registration is for an engaged couple and we will assign separate rooms at no additional charge.
What should I wear?
The dress for the event will be casual. If you are participating in date night, we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and athletic attire. Date night will consist of some high energy activities and we want you to be prepared.

Amazing, amazing, amazing experience
This has been an amazing experience! We have been together 26yrs and married almost 25 and have 2 grown children and a 3yrd granddaughter. We only found Christ 6 months ago and have spent a terrible dysfunctional hopeless marriage together, but we always had love deep down. Now we have the tools to fix what was broken before God with the healing powers from God.
