Resources

The Station
Located on the first floor of the Bagley Center, The Station acts as the central hub and main point of contact for all guest needs. If you have questions, maintenance issues, recreation activity inquiries or a candy bar craving, The Station is the place to go for all these things and more. If you want to rent a golf cart or buy a souvenir, this is the spot! Hours vary based on guest load and are posted at The Station.
Medical Emergency
Contact your group leader in case of a medical emergency. For outside help, call 911 from a Shocco phone or your cell phone. You must dial 9 to get outside line on a Shocco phone. Please have someone notify a member of the Shocco team as soon as possible so they can help direct emergency personnel. Basic first aid supplies can be found at The Station.
Disaster Emergency
During an emergency, move quickly and calmly. Avoid the use of elevators. The following are emergency shelter locations: Bagley Center first floor, Chapel basement, Administration Building first floor, Mountain Ridge first floor hall, Rocky Ridge first floor hall and Isbell Activity Center Basement.

Internet Wifi Name: ShoccoSprings
Most buildings have wifi/internet access. At Adventure Camp, wifi is available in Weaver Chapel, Gilbert Dining Hall and Isbell Activity Center.
Recreation
Year-round options include ropes course, paintball, fishing, basketball, mini golf, bazooka ball, hiking trails and more. *Advanced reservation of certain recreation activities is required.

Guest Safety Guidelines

At Shocco Springs, guest safety is a top priority, and we are committed to providing a secure environment with helpful resources and guidance. As a host facility, Shocco Springs does not provide custodial care or supervision for guests. The Contracting Organization (group leaders and staff) is solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and well-being of all participants at all times.
Groups are expected to be prepared for a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, severe weather, and other incidents, and to monitor and care for their participants actively at all times. We encourage all guests to review our full Guest Safety Guidelines for detailed expectations, procedures, and available resources before arriving on campus.

Shocco Guidelines

  • Speed limit on campus is 15 MPH
  • Dress standards appropriate for a Christian conference center
  • Quiet hours 12:00AM (midnight) thru 6:00AM
  • NO SMOKING inside any of our facilities – smoking is permitted in designated areas only
  • Property damage and excessive cleaning expenses are the financial responsibility of each group
  • Guests are personally responsible for securing and protecting valuables while at Shocco Springs 
  • Guests will be asked to leave if found with fireworks, illegal drugs or alcohol

Ice Machines can be located in the following buildings: Springview (2nd Floor), Oakridge (3rd Floor), Mountain Ridge (1st Floor), Rocky Ridge (1st Floor), Shocco Inn (2nd Floor), Lakewood (1st Floor) (Ice machines are turned off during the winter to prevent damages. For more information and assistance please visit our Hospitality Desk located on the first floor of the Bagley Center.)

Drink Machines can be located in following buildings: Bagley Center (1st Floor), Mountain Ridge (1st Floor), and Recreation Sports Pavillion.
