Shocco Springs works closely with all group leaders to plan out the details of their event and make the planning process as smooth and simple as possible. We also offer registration services as a tool to help simplify the work of the event planner. These services vary based on the event and can be tailored to meet the needs of the specific group leader or event.
Registration – $6 per attendee
A custom online registration form will be created for your event and shared with you for you to provide to your attendees. Individuals who wish to attend your event complete this form and will pay online with a credit or debit card. Throughout the process you may request updated registration spreadsheet with attendee information. Shocco will handle your registration information, make housing assignments in your lodging block, and check-in your guests upon arrival. This registration setup allows your attendees to pay their conference fees to Shocco directly instead of you having to keep up with all of their payments. You also have the option of adding an additional program fee to the conference rate in order to cover some of your event planning expenses. If you choose to collect a program fee, we will separate the fee from our rate and apply program fees collected to your master bill. If program fees exceed your bill, Shocco Springs will issue you a check for the overage.
